Last Friday I had a grand old time at 2A trepsing about the Lower East Side with Leper/Mummy (Dan), Lego Man (Jake), and Socialist (Matt). Photo credit goes to mini-Spock (Nicole). I’m pretty sure we all thought up/put together our costumes within 1 hour of heading out door. Managed to find a children’s sized Dracula cape at Party City at the last minute and waited in line 4eva to get it. Apparently this year’s big costume was Waldo of Where’s Waldo? fame, which is, like, wtf. Did I miss something crucial this year? The runner up was the Joker and thank goodness I only saw one Sarah Palin.

Anyhow, time to Iron Chef Morimoto’s #3 ramen spot in the neighborhood. I would’ve bumped Rai Rai Ken up the list a bit, but maybe that’s because I haven’t been to Minca or Ippudo NY yet. As I slurp my way to noodle happiness, I leave you with this gem from my new favorite failbog.com:
